How do I start practicing Pilates?

ANSWER: Come in for an assessment by one of our trained instructors!  This is a great option for Every Body, but even more so if you are recovering from an injury or looking to fine tune your athletic performance.  Email studio[at]saskatoonpilates[dot]ca to book an assessment.  Want to start simpler?  Attend a trial class!

How do I join a class?

ANSWER:
SPC uses wellness living class booking system.  You can see a full schedule here (we recommend starting with a Fundamental Mat Class). Your first class is free, so come down and try it out!  Your body will thank you. Book online here!

What do I wear to attend a class?

ANSWER:
Workout clothing , bare feet or barefoot socks (we sell these!).
