Therapeutic Ball Release  Classes

Release with small ball: Using dense balls,traction and body weight, learn a distinct and systematic rolling method to: elongate and free muscle, release fascia, free joint capsule restriction, separate muscle compartments and identify and release trigger points. These classes run on a set block of classes and there is no make-ups or carryovers.

Stretch Classes

Using the Kit Laughlin contract/release (PNF) format you will learn how to do stretches that will keep your muscles long and released

The Mitzvah Technique & Itcush Method
 
  A unique form of fitness and health to improve posture, increase mobility and maintain a healthy balanced body structure. Based on the Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais Method, experience how to release and realign your muscular and skeletal systems. You will become aware of how patterns of misuse in the way you sit, stand,and walk in daily activities can create problems. You will learn how to change those patterns for better body use.
 The discipline of this work brings true strength and power to the body. These techniques relieve physical tension, stress, chronic pain and injury, fatigue, sleep problems.
 The exercises are easy to learn and designed for most age groups and fitness levels.
 Excellent for office workers, labourers, students, teachers, seniors, performers, athletes, fitness professionals and body workers, pain sufferers.
 
    Kathy Morgan is a certified Mitzvah teacher. She is available for private sessions, classes, lecture demonstrations, workshops.

Classes begin January 24th on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 and run for 8 weeks
