Fundamentals: provide the foundation that forms the base for the exercises to teach a mat program to either a group or an individual client.
Beginners: builds on the Fundamentals and teaches the exercises that are the primary work of the classical repertoire.
Intermediate: continues to build on the Fundamental and Beginners work and adds more challenging exercises
INTENSIVE 201
- Advanced
- Functional Integration

Functional Integration: teaches how to use the exercises for special populations which may require extra modifications.
Props: are added to take the original exercises to another dimension while still keeping the integrity of the classical exercises.
